Our à la carte gourmet restaurant "Die Ente von Zürs" serves exquisite dishes and drinks around the duck as well as daily fresh specialties from the region.

You like duck or rather not? With us, everyone gets their money's worth and our hotel guests are welcome to change the gourmet half-board to a 4-6 course duck surprise menu at any time with an extra charge, if there is availability. Of course, we will adapt to your wishes, it does not only have to be duck. Because, Italian refinement paired with the obvious focus on duck can be found quite naturally in the Peking duck ravioli or the beet gnocchi.
