About the job

You will have the most contact with guests in service and at the bar. Friendliness and a well-groomed appearance are a given.

As chef de rang, you will be responsible for breakfast service and mise en place for the evening service. In the evening, your main focus will of course be on providing perfect service to our half-board guests in the gourmet half-board restaurant. In our 5-person service team, everyone is equally important!

As a bartender, you will be solely responsible for the bar and will cover both the afternoon after skiing and the aperitifs and digestifs in the evening in our lobby and at the bar. We look forward to your creativity, passion, and new ideas! Excellent communication skills and absolute reliability are a must.

Your tasks - be a host and convince!

Responsibility for a station and its accounting
Daily mise en place and cleanliness at the workplace
Active wine sales (especially of local wines)
Guest contact - responding to the wishes of the guests
