About the job
You will have the most contact with guests in service and at the bar. Friendliness and a well-groomed appearance are a given.
As chef de rang, you will be responsible for breakfast service and mise en place for the evening service. In the evening, your main focus will of course be on providing perfect service to our half-board guests in the gourmet half-board restaurant. In our 5-person service team, everyone is equally important!
Your tasks - be a host and convince!
- Responsibility for a station and its accounting
- Daily mise en place and cleanliness at the workplace
- Active wine sales (especially of local wines)
- Guest contact - responding to the wishes of the guests
You bring with you:
- Creativity and independence
- Team spirit
- very good communication skills
- extensive knowledge of all service topics, good wine knowledge
- flexibility
Language requirements
- German – A2
- English – business fluent B2
