In the gourmet half-board restaurant, you will have the opportunity to spoil our international guests with high-quality cuisine. Here, we cook a 6-course menu of your choice every day, with a constantly changing selection of dishes.
Your tasks
- Responsibility and leadership for a 6-person kitchen team (including dishwashers)
- Purchasing goods with a focus on high quality while remaining price-conscious
- Daily changing menus
- Good communication with the service team
Requirements profile:
- Completed apprenticeship or 5 years of professional experience
- Creative and impressive menus of gourmet quality
- Interest in passing on one's own knowledge and developing oneself further
- Leadership experience
- Love for the profession and motivation
- Sole responsibility post
Language requirements:
- German- business fluent at all times B2
- English - for everyday use B1
