Your tasks
- Responsibility for “your” dining room, leading your team, and completion of daily accounting
- Daily mise en place and cleanliness of the workplace
- Active wine sales
- Guest contact - responding to the wishes of the guests

Requirements profile:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in 4 star establishments
- Overall certificates Completed apprenticeship or 5 years of professional experience
- Interest in passing on your knowledge and developing yourself
- Leadership experience and empathy
- Complaint management
- Love for the profession and motivation
- Profound knowledge of wines
- Experience abroad desirable but not required
Language requirements
- German- C1
- English - business fluent B1
