You enjoy interacting with international guests, you are reliable, want to work independently, and are eager to learn new things. Then we need YOU!
The reception desk is the hub of the hotel. You will work independently and, as a team of two, ensure that everything runs smoothly! For this reason, unconditional commitment and the ability to work independently and reliably are essential.
Your tasks
- Familiarity with common software packages (office, fidelio)
- "Fit on the phone" as well as written and spoken English are a prerequisite.
- Independent correspondence, offers, bookings,
- guests (check in & check out), electronic registration,
- Correspondence, personal contact with our demanding guests
- Independent work is a prerequisite
- Love for the job and motivation to learn new things
- contribute your own ideas independent ski pass and ski school sales,
- cash desk on your own responsibility
- Experience abroad desirable but not required
Requirements profile:
- Completed apprenticeship/hotel management school/BHS or 2 years of professional experience
- Independent work is a prerequisite
- Love for the profession and motivation
- Interest in learning new things or contributing ideas yourself
- Knowledge of hotel programs
- Check in and out, electronic registration, correspondence
- independent ski pass and ski school sales,
- cash desk on own responsibility
- International experience desired but not required
Language requirements:
- German- business fluent at all times C1
- English - business fluent B1
